instant (No.05933-99) relative to the Governor of Hong Kong having telegraphed a suggestion that, in the event of the 2.17 Royal Welsh Fusiliers, now stationed at Hong Kong, being required for service in South Africa, the local Volunteer Corps could, if desired, be raised to a strength
